Happy Friday Happy Friday Happy Friday! I feel like I just can’t say it enough. It’s been a fun but busy week. I feel like I’ve hardly gotten any work done- it’s just been one big party here!
First Chad and I went to a coffee shop near downtown Orlando that we had never been to. We had to meet up with someone there to exchange some tickets so we decided to have some lunch. I fell in love with my Vegan Hemp Sausage Wrap with Onions and Peppers. If you ever find yourself looking for some great Vegan cuisine in Orlando- take a trip to the Drunken Monkey Coffee Bar on Bumby Ave near downtown.
And I told you on Wednesday how much I was loving the Kombucha. I actually found a class in Orlando where I can learn to make my own Kombucha, also known as fermented tea.
I also met up with some friends I hadn’t seen in a while and we went to Universal Studios. It was my first time seeing the new Harry Potter Diagon Alley– WOW!
My friend Mallory recommended that I try the Otter’s Fizzy Orange Juice while at Diagon Alley. Of course everyone knows there is butterbeer– but have you seen this? It’s fizzy juice in a cup rimmed with cinnamon and sugar. I would never think to mix orange with cinnamon but it was delicious!!
We also rode on the new Hogwarts Express that takes you from Diagon Alley to Hogwarts (or Universal Studios to Islands of Adventure). I absolutely loved this. I can’t even describe it other than I really felt like I was on the train leaving London and into a magical mysterious place.
I even caught a glimpse of Harry Potter and his friends on the train. Well, I saw their shadows and heard them talking just outside my cabin.
We also played 36 holes of miniature golf- we played both the mini golf courses at Universal Citywalk. So much fun.
And then splurged on Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. Also at Citywalk.
Last night I met my friends Jennifer Aniston and Anne Hathaway (I was severely under dressed when I photo bombed them on the red carpet as you can see) at the official lighting ceremony of The Orlando Eye.
It was also the first time media was invited to actually see the Orlando Eye turn.
The entire trip to the top of the 400ft. wheel and back down is about 18 minutes. I still haven’t decided if I am doing this yet or not but the lights are sure pretty!
And that’s just a part of everything I have been loving this week- it’s all about Orlando Love this week. Thanks to Heather from Life in Leggings for hosting the Friday Favorites party.
And lastly, don’t forget to cheer on the runners at The Boston Marathon this coming Monday. Look for the hashtag #CheerBoston across social media this weekend and join in the fun. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

WOW, did you have a great week or what. Even though you may not have been dressed for the red carpet, you are still ADORABLE :-)
