Coffee Protein Energy Bites

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Click Coffee & Protein Protein, flavor of your choice
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup unsweetend coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablesppon chia seeds


  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Use your hand if desired to mix the dough really well.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough out and roll into a ball. Continue until all the dough is used, makes about 12 balls.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
