Coffee Protein Energy Bites
Easy to make, easy to eat on the go.

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Click Coffee & Protein Protein, flavor of your choice
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup unsweetend coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablesppon chia seeds
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Use your hand if desired to mix the dough really well.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough out and roll into a ball. Continue until all the dough is used, makes about 12 balls.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
