Ingredients

  • 1-16 oz. package frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 1-16 oz. package frozen veggie mix, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 3/4 cup pure extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce, Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts and veggies according to package directions, drain well.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together to create the marinade.
  3. Add the cooked Brussels sprouts and veggies to the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 10-24 hours.
