Game Day Mocktails

Game Day Mocktails Beauty and the Beets #SundaySupper

First of all, I can hear y’all now. MOCKtails? On Game Day????????? Well, here’s why: Some of us have to work the next day. Some of us don’t like hangovers. Some of us don’t drink. And some of us may have little underage ones who want to join in on the fun. OK? You’re welcome to add your own adultness to these- vodka and/or rum would work well in both. And now that we have that out of the way…..

Two teams, one game. Who are you rooting for? These mocktails, first, the Bronco Brew. I think the fun part is the blue sugar rim. That’s enough to get your cheer on.  For the sugar rims, I filled two bowls- one with blue sugar, the other with silver sugar. A quick dip in water for the glass rim then a roll in the sugar bowls and voila- sugar rims.

The drink itself? Oh ya- that. Pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, muddled oranges and club soda. Super sweet but super refreshing and delicious.

Then there’s the other team-

Carolina Colada Sunday Supper Beauty and the Beets

The Carolina Colada with pineapple juice, cream of coconut, muddled blueberries and club soda with a silver sugar rim.
